Shore Construction was involved in this design and build from the very beginning, providing design recommendations and considerations to enable the property to be used as a short-term rental.
The compact dual pavilion style home features a flat roofed linkway, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms in one wing, and contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen in the other.
Large windows make the most of the view overlooking Lake Tekapo. While outside, the home is finished with cedar, schist and corrugated iron cladding, ensuring it blends in with the stunning natural surrounds.
