This architecturally designed home is a pavilion style house; a layout popular for its open plan areas and independent wings connected by gallery linkways. Shore Construction was involved in this residential design and build from beginning to completion.
The centrally located living room is perfectly positioned to view the Mount Dobson ranges. Open plan living, dinning and kitchen is further complemented with a separate lounge for occupants seeking a peaceful retreat from the everyday areas.
Outside, a covered outdoor living area comes with a gas fire that makes it an enjoyable feature useable for the majority of the year. The house is finished in Central Otago schist and dark board and batten cladding, giving it an aesthetic that is contemporary with a country heritage feel.
