This is complemented by polished concrete floors to provide an aesthetically pleasing look as well as a practical solution for durability.
Timaru Can-Am
About this project
Timaru Can-Am is South Canterbury's local dealership for Sea-Doo personal watercraft and the Can-Am range of on and off road vehicles. This project is a Shore Construction commercial interior fit out design.
While what they sell might be for purpose-built for thrashing about adventurously or working hard, the showroom has been designed to be the antithesis of this. Its modern open plan layout invites customers in where deep, moody colour tones give a luxurious feel to the space.
The design purposely optimises floor space – necessary to house display models. And the fit out also included an upgrade to staff offices, breakrooms and bathrooms. We took this opportunity to situate the workshop manager’s office in such a way as to give visibility and connectivity to the workshop.
